The Honors Wind Ensemble is the band consisting of people with talented skill and technicaly ability.

Symphonic Band

Symphonic Band consists of musicans of ranging skill.  The sort of middle child between Concert Band and Wind Ensemble.

Concert band

Concert Band consists of moderatly skilled players, and is a full piece band as so as Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble.

Beginning Band

Beginning is really just the clasified class in which is giving to a person, learning a new insturment.

Jazz Ensemble

The Jazz Ensemble consists of Musicians trained previously, and consists of only 5 saxes, 3 trombones, 3 trumpets, guitar, bass, vibes, piano, and drums.

Jazz Lab

A Jazz "training" band in which wide genres of jazz is put in front of the kids, and trains them about jazz and the understanding and balance of an ensemble.

Jazz Combo

A smaller group then the Jazz Ensmble, based on more original jazz charts, with fewer kids, but can still be open to other musicans.

Pep Band

Pep Band games is all the musicians at South split into two groups for Basketball games and the occasional Hockey games.

Marching Band

Is made up of all the CLS Musicans.  We play at home football games, Homecoming Parade, Columbus Day Parade, Mermorial Day Parade, and the Extra Credit 4th of July Parade.

Pit Band

Requires musician's of high skill, because of the difficuly music, and acoustical  and volum demandput upon the band being under 5 inches of wood.  We play at the yearly Musical Production.
